Ethylhexyl Triazone is a new generation, chemical sunscreen that gives the highest photo-stable absorption of all available UVB filters today. It is used in sunscreen products in Europe and other countries, but it is not approved for use in sunscreen products in the United States. Ethylhexyl Triazone is also used as a UV light absorber in cosmetics and personal care products in the United States.
Works well in fragrance-free formulas. Little concentrations required to achieve high SPF.
