It’s often used in blends with other emulsifiers or to help solubilize certain antioxidants, such as resveratrol and glutathione. On its own, usage levels of polyglyceryl-6 laurate range from 1–5%. Polyglyceryl-6 Laurate is a natural solubiliser that can be used to disperse small concentrations of oils in aqueous mediums. It is effective in creating clear and visually appealing aqueous bases, making it suitable for use in facial toners and other water-based products containing essential oils or oil-soluble preservatives.
